ZOMBIE QUINCEAÑERA 2021

This fall season we wanted to create an experience that fused and shared the traditional family celebration that dates centuries with that of the spooky halloween season The concept was tried and proven at East Room in 2018 and we had to bring it back in 2021.

We’d like to thank the staff at Metro Chicago who created a wonderful experience for our production team, our musicians, and deejays. We had over 500 guests join us on our Zombie Quinceañera.

A big thank you to all of our collaborators, dancers, artists, vendors, deejays and our sponsors for making this night magical. #vamosabailar

Promotional Campaign

Engaging Animation: To amplify the theme of the event we created animated graphics where the main character’s skin would roll off. We developed animations for each one our musical guests and performers.

Building Reach: To get people to engage with our content and build hype around the event we developed and launched an Instagram Filter where people could have fun becoming a Zombie.

Promotional Tools: We leveraged our Instagram Page to send personal invites, and connect with influential artists in Chicago.

The Experience: The event was decorated with venue projections of Latin American landscapes and stimulating visuals for dance. A costume contest was announced with the support of Prolijo Mezcal. During the event people had the opportunity to vote for their favorite costume via instagram creating a buzz for days in thousands of impressions the week of the event.
